Loyalty Points Program
The Halalfood.live 株式会社 Points Program (the "Program") is a program owned and operated by Halalfood.live that allows customers with a valid account to shop at Halalfood.live will be provided at the time of purchase. The terms of this program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program Terms") are set forth below. Registration by participating in the Program, you will be able to earn Halal food Points in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions and also have access to unused Points.
By creating an account, you are entitled to earn points and will be able to earn points automatically. You will receive 1 point for every 200 yen spent (excluding consumption tax and shipping charges) for each order. Points are provided and the ability to earn and exchange points is limited to customers of this site.We may change these Terms from time to time, so please keep up to date with them. Make sure to log in to your account to earn Halal food Points on your purchases. Points will be added to the account after an order has been successfully delivered.
We reserve the right to monitor all point activity in your account and to adjust the number of points displayed in your account if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that the number of points displayed is incorrect. We also reserve the right to cancel, refund, or return your order and revoke all unconfirmed or available Points and record any account that we deem to be indicative of fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or otherwise suspicious activity.
We also reserve the right to cancel or freeze unconfirmed points and available points.Halal food Points have no intrinsic value, are not cash equivalents and cannot be exchanged for cash. Halal food Points are void if the earning or redemption of Halal food Points is prohibited by law.Halal food Points are neither cash nor currency, are non-transferable, cannot be credited to your account, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Loyalty Point Expiration Date:
Halal food Points are valid for life time from the date of acquisition.
Redeem Loyalty Points:
To take advantage of Halal food Points discounts, you must have valid and sufficient points in your account. Halal food Points cannot be exchanged unless they are displayed as Available Points in your account. Unvested Halal food Points cannot be exchanged until they are confirmed. Redemption of Halal food Points is a final transaction and cannot be canceled.
Loyalty Program Changes:
We reserve the right to revise these Program Terms at any time without notice. The revisions include, but are not limited to, the rules for earning and redeeming Halal food Loyalty Points, the Halal food Loyalty Point expiry policy, and the products on which Ambika Points can be earned and redeemed.
Exiting The Program:
There is no end date set for this program (it may continue to exist until we decide to terminate it). However, we reserve the right to terminate all or part of the Program for any reason based solely on our discretion. In the event of termination, we will notify you by posting on our homepage or by other means that we deem appropriate based on our sole discretion or user notification system.
Indemnity:
Customers agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Halalfood.live 株式会社 has made every reasonable effort to be as accurate as possible in displaying the product in its original color,weight and accurate size . However, due to your device’s display settings, technical issues and differences in display, variations may come to the product’s color or weight. Hence, Halalfood.live 株式会社 cannot guarantee that the physical product will look exactly like the display image. If a product from Halalfood.live 株式会社 is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused by fulfilling all the conditions as per our Return policy., the Website, the App, its employees, directors, investors and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees caused by or arising out of claims based on customers actions and inaction, which may results in any loss or liability to Halalfood.live or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of customers obligations under this Terms & Condition or arising out of the customers violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to intellectual property rights, payment or statutory dues, taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other customers and infringement of intellectual property or others rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this user agreement.
Promotional Coupons
-We issue different coupons to customers when we launch different campaigns, we are
not bound to give free coupons to customers after the campaign expires.-Promotional -Coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid
for a single transaction only.
-Promotional Coupons may not be valid during sale or in conjunction with any special
promotion.
-Halalfood.live 株式会社 shall not be liable to any customer or household for any
financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Coupon or any
failure or inability of a customer to use a Coupon for any reason.
-Coupons are not replaceable if expired.
-Coupons will work only if the minimum purchase amount and other conditions are met.
-Halalfood.live 株式会社 reserves the right to vary or terminate the operation of any
promotional Coupon at any time without notice.
Delivery methods
We have a Pick Up system & a Home Delivery System .
1 Home Delivery : Customers fill up their address and information then select a delivery date
and time and select payment method and Pay or Cash on Delivery– and that’s it, Customers
are done. We will deliver order items right at Customers address at the desired delivery date
and time.Sometimes Delivery date may be delayed depending on bad weather or delivery
company circumstances .
2 Pick Up : Customers can pick up their orders from our Outlets ( Shops ) . It's a very
convenient process for ordering . Customers fill up their pick up date and time and select
payment method and Pay(Cash) or Bank Transfer ( We will ask for transfer Documents ) .
Pay later is currently not available in our Website & Apps.Customers Pick up their orders by
their own responsibility & timely . We are not responsible and could not provide free home
delivery to customers for Pick Up Services .
A Refund Policy For Home Delivery
A1 : Expired Products
We offer customers a refund policy of three (3) days of receipt by the customers for
most unopened or unspoilt packaged products . For any expired goods, a full goods
a refund will be given . Customers have to send the product images through
Website/Apps Refund system or Chat or mail us (refund@halalfood.live) or Whatsapp
us(080-4812-7668) with the expiry date showing, order no, and the invoice of the order.
A2 :Received by customer as damaged /Spilled/Rotten Products
If goods received as damaged or spilled or rotten a full refund for the product will be
given. Customers have to send the product images through Website/Apps Refund
system or Chat or mail us (refund@halalfood.live) or Whatsapp us(080-4812-7668) with
the expiry date showing, order no, and the invoice of the order.
A3 :Unfulfillment orders / Missing Items
For any missing items complaints have to send us an image showing the delivery
package image or Videos with delivered items, physical Invoice image, and order
number. We will do an investigation for the dispatched order. After investigation, we will
refund full for the missing products. We would like to request our customers to contact us
through Whatsapp(080-4812-7668) or mail us (refund@halalfood.live or use our
Website/Apps Refund system within three (3)days of orders received by the customers.
A4 :Unable to Package for Delivery
(Quickly Stock out or Expiry Date over) to deliver with any product. Before dispatched
customer cancels a Paid order before it has been dispatched.
A5 :Unidentified Address
If Our delivery partner (3rd Party ) or we are not able to identify customers' Billing &
Shipping address (Not Found or type mistake by the customers ) then our team will try to
contact customers until one week in office time by call or mail a paid order. Cash On
Delivery would be canceled unless we are unable to contact customers . We don't have a
contactless delivery system now .
B Refund Policy For STORE PICK UP
B1: They did not have all of the items I ordered !
If some items are immediately Out of Stock or Expiry date near or Expired then your
items refund to be processed back to your original payment method ( Usually take
up to 28 days.)or Customer point wallet ( Usually take 1-3 business days ).
B2: Failed to pick up within Halalfood.live time frame.
Once the order is prepared for shipment & you do not pick up your order within 3
calendar days, your order will be considered as Cancel Order. A refund to be
processed back to your original payment method ( Usually take
up to 28 days.)or Customer point wallet ( Usually take 1-3 business days ). Please
note that your refund will come from Halalfood.live ltd and not your selected pick-up Location.
Terms and Conditions of Sale & Delivery
1. Delivery and Inspection Policy
Closed-Package Delivery: All deliveries are handled by a third-party shipping provider. For security and insurance purposes, our couriers are strictly prohibited from opening packages or allowing product inspections before the delivery is officially accepted and signed for.
Post-Delivery Support : Once the package is received, the customer is encouraged to inspect the product. If any defect or issue is found, Halal Food Live takes full responsibility. Customers must report issues to our official email at support@halalfood.live within [48 hours] for a resolution.
2. Order Cancellation & Refusal
Standard Cancellation: If a customer refuses to accept a delivery because they are not permitted to inspect the product beforehand, the order will be treated as a "Customer-Initiated Cancellation."
Shipping Costs: In the event of a refusal or cancellation at the doorstep, the customer is legally liable for both the original shipping fee and the return shipping costs. These fees will be deducted from any potential refund or billed directly to the customer.
3. Professional Conduct and Dispute Resolution
Official Communication: All disputes, claims, or requests for technical support must be directed to our official email or customer service phone 080-4812-7668.
Legal & Police ActionHalal Food Live reserves the right to take formal legal action, including filing a police claim for "Fraudulent Refusal of Service" or "Contract Breach," if a customer refuses to pay shipping liabilities or attempts to circumvent these agreed-upon terms.
Terms and Conditions of Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels Policy
1. Customer Responsibility It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and valid delivery address at the time of purchase. Please ensure your apartment number, suite, business name, and postal code are entered correctly.
2. Address Corrections If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@halalfood.live Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the address or redirect the package.
3. Failed Delivery and Return-to-Sender (RTS) Fees If a parcel is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier and is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be subject to the following terms:
Shipping Cost Forfeiture: The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, as the carrier completed the initial transit service.
Return Shipping Fees: The customer is liable for the Sending & return shipping costs charged by the carrier to bring the package back to our warehouse .If the parcel is under 0 delivery fee then we will calculate the sending and returning cost to the customer by mail.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Halal Food Live Ltd , the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these delivery and return protocols.
Shipping & Delivery Charge ( Home Delivery )
Any order (Excluding ‘Calling Card’ purchase) exceeding without tax the amount of 8500 yen Then the shipping cost will be free . This offer is valid for all the categories in our all outlets(Shops). Any order below 8500(without tax) yen then shipping cost will be 1500 Okinawa & Hokkaido extra ¥1200 charge will be added to Invoice .
Hokkaido & Okinawa and Prefectures, Sagawa takes 2/3 days to deliver the order.
CANCELLATION
Halalfood.live have rights to cancel any order anytime due to the foods/products unavailability, out of coverage area and any other unavoidable circumstances.
Modes of payment
We accept the payments on these modes: 1, Payments can be made by Credit Cards, 2 Cash 3 Bank Transfer .Halalfood.live 株式会社 reserves the right to offer additional payment methods and/or remove existing payment methods at any time in its sole discretion. If you choose to pay using an online payment method, the payment shall be processed by our third party payment service provider(s). With your consent, your credit card / payment information will be stored with our third party payment service provider(s) for future orders. Halalfood.live 株式会社 does not store your credit card or payment information. You must ensure that you have sufficient funds on your credit and debit card to fulfill payment of an Order.
